At The CarBar, we strive to ensure your event is both memorable and secure. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and insurance for events that involve our classic cars and memorabilia. Event Space Cancellation Policy Deposit & Reservation: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to secure your event space reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date, if not previously paid. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your event, please provide written notice up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations are subject to the following terms: 7 days before the event date: You will be refunded the total, less the non-refundable deposit.
